About the Journal

Journal of Nursing Innovation published by Infermia Publishing as an information and communication media for practitioners, researchers, and academics who are interested in the innovation and development of nursing, such as pediatric nursing, management of nursing, medical surgical nursing, maternity nursing, psychiatric nursing, community nursing, emergency nursing, gerontological nursing, and family nursing. JNI welcomes and invites original research articles, reviews (systematic and meta-analysis), Theory and concept development, study protocol,  and case studies, particularly in health research. The journal is published annually 3 times every March, July, and November. First published in November 2022. The Editorial Team invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers to publish the results of their research after the selection of manuscripts, with the peer review and the editing process.

Original research:

The original research is commonly published full reports of data from research findings. It may be called an Original Article, or Research Article depending on the journal. The Original Research format is suitable for many different fields including Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion sections.

Review articles:

Review Articles is a comprehensive summary of previous research on a certain topic, and a perspective on the state of the field. It should provide an overview of current thinking on the theme. Review Articles also should describe a critical evaluation of the data available from existing studies, and identify potential research areas to explore next. Therefore, the new conclusions from the existing data could be concluded. 

Theory and concept development:

The theory and Concepts development article should provide a way in which to clarify and provide a foundation for practice and research in order to make the investigation meaningful and worthwhile

Study Protocol

The study protocol should describe how a clinical trial will be conducted (the objective(s), design, methodology, statistical consideration, and organization of a clinical trial,) and ensures the safety of the trial subjects and integrity of the data collected

Case studies:

The case study should report the specific instances of interesting phenomena. The case study also needs to describe the case presentation to report the occurrence of previously unknown or emerging pathologies, the process of intervention, and what has occurred after the intervention. Therefore, other researchers could aware of the possibility of specific phenomena that might occur
