Abstract
Latar Belakang: Praktik asuhan keperawatan terintegrasi terjadi melalui tindakan keperawatan yang menciptakan hasil kesehatan dan kesejahteraan serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Penerapan layanan keperawatan terintegrasi bertujuan untuk mengurangi fragmentasi pelayanan, meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi klinis, serta memastikan bahwa asuhan keperawatan diberikan secara sistematis dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan pasien.
Tujuan: Telaah artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan layanan asuhan keperawatan terintegrasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.
Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literature review dengan penelusuran artikel melalui basis data Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect menggunakan metode PRISMA. Artikel yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2020–2025 diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan dan dianalisis melalui critical appraisal serta sintesis naratif.
Hasil: Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan layanan asuhan keperawatan terintegrasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan koordinasi asuhan, keselamatan pasien, efisiensi pelayanan, kepuasan pasien, serta perbaikan outcome klinis. Selain itu, keperawatan terintegrasi juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja perawat dan kesinambungan asuhan melalui alur pelayanan yang terstandar dan komunikasi yang efektif. Faktor keberhasilan implementasi meliputi kompetensi perawat, kesiapan organisasi, dukungan kepemimpinan, kecukupan sumber daya manusia, dan integrasi sistem pelayanan.
Kesimpulan: Layanan asuhan keperawatan terintegrasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit disarankan untuk memperkuat kebijakan, meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, serta melakukan evaluasi berkelanjutan guna menjamin keberlanjutan dan optimalisasi penerapannya.
