Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perilaku caring merupakan inti dari praktik keperawatan profesional yang harus diteladankan oleh perawat pendidik klinis (preceptor/mentor). Organisasi pelayanan kesehatan, nilai-nilai ICARE (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, dan Excellence) dikembangkan sebagai pedoman kerja perawat. Namun, implementasi nilai-nilai dalam praktik pembimbingan klinik masih menunjukkan variasi dan belum sepenuhnya terinternalisasi dalam perilaku caring.

Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan nilai-nilai ICARE terhadap perilaku caring perawat pendidik klinis berdasarkan kajian literatur kuantitatif. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan PICOT dan alur Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Penelusuran artikel dilakukan melalui basis data PubMed, Scopus, Wiley Online Library, ProQuest, serta jurnal nasional terindeks SINTA pada periode 2019–2025. Dari hasil penelusuran, sebanyak 15 artikel kuantitatif memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara kritis. Hasil: Penerapan nilai-nilai ICARE berhubungan signifikan dengan peningkatan perilaku caring, efektivitas pembimbingan klinik, mutu pelayanan keperawatan, dan keselamatan pasien (p < 0,05). Dimensi compassion, integrity, dan accountability merupakan komponen yang paling konsisten memengaruhi perilaku caring perawat pendidik klinis.

Kesimpulan: Penerapan nilai-nilai ICARE berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku caring perawat pendidik klinis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan nilai melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, role modeling, dan dukungan manajerial untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran klinik dan pelayanan keperawatan.
